Ellie Marie Zilch

Ellie Marie Zilch was born on 8/4/2010 at 5:11am. She weighted in at 6lbs 15oz measuring 20 in. She has blue eyes, and dark hair. She's the best looking baby this hospital has delivered, and we have the proof to back that up. She likes to sleep on her back, but favoring her right side. Also, she seems to enjoy having her mouth just slightly ajar while asleep, and her tongue is in and out while awake. She looks just like her mom, complete to the nose and a squinty eye. Unfortunately it seems like she got stuck with my eyelashes, they're already a mile long.

Things Ellie has learned:
Don't trust the nurses when they say "just a small pinch".
How to pay the nurses back by filling the diaper, waiting till they check, and then open the reserve tanks after they've opened it up.
Sleeping is nice, blankets are warm, and she doesn't like to be put down after someone's been holding her for a while.
Random loud sounds don't seem to bother her.

After only 5 hrs Mary is up and about without too much assistance. We'll be posting more pictures soon.
